The Conference will be held on December 6, 2022 on the basis of Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University, Ukraine (Department of Private Law) and University of Bialystok, Poland (Institute of European Law, The Faculty of Law) online via MS Teams (https://tinyurl.com/2p98bbxb).
The aim of the conference is to exchange experiences and to try to find compromise international mechanisms to regulate the current problems of human rights protection in a pandemic, security crisis and global economic crisis. In the context of these challenges, there is a need for a joint debate on migration solutions, which are particularly relevant for host countries, countries of departure, as well as migrants themselves.
