On March 5, 2025, the Faculty of Law hosted the international event "Copernicus Forum", organized by the Polish Security Association, NATO DEEP eAcademy and the University of Białystok.
The Copernicus Forum is a series of lectures delivered by esteemed academic staff and experts on emerging trends, best practices, and challenges in security education. The main guest of this year's edition of the Copernicus Forum was Paul Thurkettle, who gave a lecture on "NATO Agenda 2030 - how to engage civil society, young people, parliamentarians, and the private sector to help shape the Alliance?".
In addition, the event featured interactive sessions, panels and networking opportunities to encourage participants to actively join in and share their knowledge.
