Magdalena Perkowska, PhD from the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology has started a one-month internship (senior visiting fellowship) at the University of Palermo, Italy, at the Center of Advanced Studies. She will be conducting research in the area of irregular migration and the transfer of migrants in Italy under the supervision of professor Paola Maggio and professor Francesco Parisi from the Faculty of Political Science and International Relations. The internship is co-financed by the Minister of Science under the "Regional Excellence Initiative" program.
