On October 17-21, Malkhaz Nakashidze, Professor and Jean Monnet Chair at the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University, visited University of Bialystok as part of the Erasmus + academic exchange program. Malkhaz Nakashidze delivered lectures to the students of the Faculty of Law of Bialystok University on the European Constitutional law, democracy, rule of law in the European Union, as well as the challenges of European integration of Georgia. Within the framework of the visit, Malkhaz Nakashidze also met with the Vice Rector, Professor of constitutional law, Jaroslaw Matwiejuk, Dean of the Faculty of Law, Professor Mariusz Popławski, as well as Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law, Professor of Constitutional Law, Artur Olechno, and Professor Andrzej Jackiewicz. At the meetings the parties considered perspectives of future cooperation.
