The Faculty of Law, University of Białystok is regularly visited by outstanding scientists. This time we had a pleasure to host Professor Thomas Christiansen from the University of Salento, Italy.
Professor Christiansen, who's originally from the UK, is a full professor of English Language and Translation at the University of Salento, Italy. Additionally, he is the director of the University Language Center.
From 14th to 19th of January 2025 Professor Christiansen held meetings with employees of the Faculty of Law. He also conducted lectures for students and presented English as an international language, explained issues related to its use in the legal field and practical aspects of using it in public administration activities.
