On behalf of the Department of Medical Law and Private International Law, Faculty of Law, University of Bialystok, we are pleased to invite you to join us at the "DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND VULNERABLE CLIENTS. INSIGHTS FROM AROUND THE WORLD” seminar on 13 December 2021 at 3:00 pm - 5:30 pm via ZOOM.
The growing number of vulnerable clients, such as older adults, people with disabilities, minors, and immigrants, and their representation raises both legal and practical issues. Thus, designing dispute resolution processes for vulnerable clients is essential to a well functioning public health, social, and legal system. Changing socioeconomic dynamics, social welfare policies, are some of the factors that may challenge addressing interests and goals of vulnerable clients effectively. Thus, the seminar is an opportunity to discuss how to develop best practices in working with vulnerable clients.
The seminar is an invitation to share experiences relevant to working with vulnerable clients, and an opportunity to network and connect with professionals from around the world.
